Well I am into the new chapter - RETIREMENT OMG really?? I made it? I started Jan 1st and took that picture in the gym the third week of January - Man thank GOD for hair dye!! So-- retirement - love it love it love it! I still work out but stopped cross fitting - first thing I did was throw away my alarm clock! love getting up when I want going to bed when I'm tired. Yes wish I had saved more money but no matter how much you have or dont have everyone can use more. Bought myself a kayak and HELL I am strong enough to get it on the roof of my car myself! I have had surgery on both my knees and a stroke (yeah that) a year ago - but two weeks after my stroke I was hiking and back at the gym (ok that might not have been really smart) I only hope that my class mates are also embracing this gift of life and no matter what your limitations are living are to the fullest. Be happy- do things for others - people animals it doesn't matter - take a deep breath and just...Expand for more
