Jane's Story
I am in Richmond (still) work at Reid as an RN. Married, have 2 beautiful kids. Trying to get into Legal Nurse Consulting as of this writing.
Story Idea #1 What would surprise everyone at my High School Reunion---I don't know--maybe that I am still in Richmond! or my hair is mostly blonde now it was either that or let the gray take over. with blonde I don't have to dye it as much. Which teacher would I love to see again? Story Idea #2 I have seen Mr Eby a couple times and it amazes me he still knows who I am and what was going on with me in high school. He is amazing. I also really liked Mr Wallem. He came to my wedding---the first one. Story idea #3 What is the wildest thing I ever did in school----Me and Debby Baker took off and went to Indpls 500 parade in 10th grade and our parents didn't know, we lied about it. I got in a lot of trouble for that one. But it was pretty fun :) Story idea #4 What happened to your first crush? first crush? Hmmmm.... in high school? I guess that would be Scott---you know who you are---- I don't really know what happened....we were kind of on again off again and it just ended up more off than on. ld friends remember me----I hate questions like this---#6 to be truly happy, you would be where, doing what, with whom? Well, I have learned you have to make your own happiness and not depend on others to make you happy so I have learned to be happy in most situations---except work! But I am working on that one. #7 Biggest surprise in life--I guess the biggest blow is that my mom isn't here to see my children and be here for me as an adult. I never had an adult relationship with her. My children don't really have any grandparents. My dad is very uninvolved and is failing mentally. My husband's parents are deceased also. Then 3 yrs ago my only sister died too at the same age my mother was when she died. #8 One do-over. I guess I wouldn't have married so young---I wasn't ready. #9 Weirdest job---I guess my current one--an RN. Some weird things happen at a hospital. #10 Where have you lived--why did you move--I moved to Oklahoma City the day after graduation from RHS. I moved there because my boyfriend, who ended up being my husband, lived there. I moved back here to be closer to family. Now I can take vacations to other places, rather take a vacations to Richmond.
