Janet's Story
It feels like a lot more time has passed. But in the years since high school, I have just been trying to live the life we all want to have. Great family, good friends, and lots of love and laughter.
After I left school, I got married to the best guy. And we are still going strong after 10 years. (wow dident realize how long it's been lol)I had my first child in Oct of 98' and just love him to bits. He's really in to cars, racing, and fishing. I had my second child in Mar of 01'. She is my lil princess, and my big help in all things. Then in Jun of 03' I had my youngest daughter. She's my lil terror, but I wouldn't want her to be anything else.
Through the years we have always had some sort of auto racing going on. From before I left high school intell fall of 2003 we raced at the loc...Expand for more
al dirt track. We had several wins in both racing and points. They closed the local track soon after 03'. Instead of having to travel long distance, we chose to switch to drag racing. We now have 2 Camaros that we are rebuilding. Our 1972 Camaro will be a full drag car, and we are hopeing for high 8 second to low 9 second on the quarter mile. Our 1981 is going to be for the street as well as the strip. Our best time in it so far is 11.90 seconds. We can't go much faster then that. We don't want to have to add a roll cage. So all that's left to do is cosmetic fixes.
But, other then family, racing, and work, we have just been taking it one day at a time. And trying to live life to the fullest. I hope that every one from Westy is doing good, and finding happiness where ever life takes you.
