Janet's Story
This past year has been filled with highs and lows.....lost my twin brother Edward 9/20/13 to cancer. He did not attend WHHS but Sewanahaka 1965.
The neuro surgeon had hoped the surgery he did 6/2012 was a success but my walking is worse and I have problems even sitting now - the pain shoots up to my head and down my legs and arms.. One Dr. said possibly sciatica the other thinks disc and nerve damage. MRI's show degenerative disc damage . Guess we go for another EMG and MRI soon. If I get 2 hours solid sleep at a time I am lucky. ...Expand for more
It all gets worse when the temps drop below 70 or the humidity is over 85%. I can't win !!!!
Hoping to make two trips this year....Long Island in May and Tuscon Az, in June. Everything is riding on what the surgeons have to say.
We have had company from Canada, England and California this past year and I tried to keep up with them as much as I could. Sorry the class reunion had to be cancelled...would have loved to see former classmates.
