In 70's we both to leave the cold elements of the North Florida to be closer to other members of our families. Jan moved from NJ and Ralph moved down from NY state. We did not know one another. became involved with the real estate end becoming his Personal Assistant and then his partner. In 2005 we retired from our business, left Florida and moved to Fairfield Glade, Tennessee. It was too cold in TN so we moved back to Florida in 2009, settling in Beverly Hills.
