Janeth (Jan Varnado) DeBenedetto, 13919 Darilyn Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70816. Jan is a 1994 Graduate of In Touch Bodyworks Institute and has been a licensed Massage Therapist since 1995. She is additionally certified in both Shiatsu and Thai Massage. She is a member of and has served as Secretary and currently serving as Law and Legislative Chairperson of the LA. Chapter of the American Organization of Body Therapies of Asia. Has served on the Louisiana State Board of Massage Therapy as past Chair and Treasurer. She is an experienced teacher, having taught Shiatsu at the Massage Therapy College of Baton Rouge, 2004-2007 and has taught several different courses in the Massage Therapy Program at the OLOL College from 2006-2010. She was also an instructor at the AOBTA National Convention in 2011Currently practicing full time and would like the opportunity to take this program to North Louisiana areas. I worked at Bumble Lane Day Spa in Town Center Baton Rouge as of January 2014 - 2016. Re opened Healing Hands Massage Therapy January 2017. I have been married to Martin DeBenedetto for 34 years, have 2 children Laci and Paul DeBenedetto, and 2 grandchildren, Marley Fontenot (8) and Rylee DeBenedetto (7). I enjoy reading a good book when I find time, playing with my grandchildren, hanging out with good friends and eating good food. Also introducing a new addition to the family Miss Sara Powell soon to be DeBenedetto, from New Jersey.
