Pepper is 6 days old and slept through the whole night. Of course than Smokey had to give Pepper his morning bath. Smokey does not like it when PEpper whines. He has to go and check on him every time and give him kisses.
Well Pepper has made to being a week old. He is eating more and getting more active. Thankfully he is sleeping through the night now. He gets his morning baths from our dog Smokey. Smokey keeps a pretty good eye on him.

Well Pepper has opened his eyes. It is so sweet. He is now 12 days old and weighs in at 8 oz. He has gained 2 oz. this week alone. His appetite is increasing. He likes to roll over on his back for me to rub his tummy.
I never thought I would see the day when Smokey would let a kitten eat out of his bowl at the same time. He spends his days chasing the cats at the ranch. Smokey has been protective of Pepper since we rescued her at 1 day
Well my Goddaughter, Athena had her little bundle of joy Monday morning by C-Section. Jaden Timothy, 6 lbs 7 ozs, 19.7 ins. I am so proud of her. She had such a long weekend. Contractions start on Friday, but active lab

This Pepper. Raised him since he was day old. As soon as the water is turned on in the shower he jumps in and sits on the seat until I am done. I can't do anything without him.

Aaaah the good life. I don't think Pepper could get any closer without burning himself.

Another rough day for Pepper in the Sierras
Who can tell me what kind of animal makes this kind of track? We know we don't have a tiny wagon train going through the horse camp. So what could it be in the high sierras.
