Well, you asked for it and here it is: my story. After graduating from Parker I attended a summer pre college program at Hampton University, Hampton, Virginia. In th fall of 1965 I began my studies at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia where I majored in mathematics. When I got to those differential equations, however, I realized that math was not for me. This came as quite a surprise to me but I guess it would have been easier if I had not discovered "The Party" LOL. Anyway to make things easier I chose the low road and changed my major to psychology with a minor in sociology and party, not necessarily in that order. At any rate I continued my studies there until 1968, when I became a child bride. I have two living children, two grandsons and a granddaughter. Between shuffling my duties as a wife and mother I finally earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in December,1971, with a major in psychology and minors in sociology and criminal justice.
