Janice Smith:  

Life After high school, I completed my undergrad in Laramie and an internship to become a registered dietitian. I married Will Smith (also from Wheatland, Class of '91) in 1996, and we moved from Laramie to Seattle in 1997 so Will could pursue medical school via the WWAMI program. I worked in various hospitals in Seattle and Everett as a dietitian during the 3 years we lived there. Despite the horrendous traffic, I loved the fantastic scenery and myriad of things to do in the Pacific NW. Luckily, we still have friends there, so always a reason to visit. From Seattle, we moved to Milwaukee, where Will was accepted into an Emergency Medicine residency program and I continued work as a consultant dietitian and corporate wellness dietitian.
