Janice's Story
I graduated from MMSS in March, 1970 and worked as a medical assistant in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore until 1977, when I became the Administrative Secretary to the head of the department, Dr. Arthur L. Haskins, until 1979. I married one of our residents, Jeff David, in 1980, and moved to Gardner, Massachusetts, where I managed his practice. We have one son, Jared. ylvania since 1986, where I managed my husband's practice until 2004. I went back to school in 2005 and got my real estate license and have been working for Prudential since then. I am in very close contact with Cherie Biffel and Joan Martin, who were roomates at MMSS, bridesmaids, best friends since graduation. I am also in touch with Jane Seymour, who started at MMSS with me in 1968, and I run into Linda Davidson every once in a while back home in Cumberland, Maryland.
