Janice's Story
Life
Joe and I have been married for 46 years. It took a long time, but we have two sons, who are 26 years old. One original, and one who was adopted from Ukraine in 2009. When Joe was in the Army, we lived in Georgia and New Jersey, and I spent a year in AZ while he was in Turkey. We have since moved to Tucson, and have been here since 1989.
We were very involved in theater and music in Sierra Vista for a while, and besides being on stage, I had lots of fun designing and making costumes. Give me a glue gu...Expand for more
n, and get out of the way! I was a vegetarian for 20 years, and wrote my own vegetarian cookbook.
I went to school for, and worked as a floral designer for years, spent a few years working with autistic kids, and we have now adopted our 2 grandsons. In 2023, they are 7 and 5. Not what we had planned for our "golden years," but we are so glad they're here!
