Jay's Story
I was a Tarter Knight and Methodist Youth Fellowship kind of guy at Torrance High. Wrestled and learned to fly. After high school I moved to PA in 1969 to start college at my parent's Alma Mater, Ursinus in Collegeville. Dropped out in '70 and was drafted Jan '71. Went into the Navy insted of the Army and got off active duty in '74. Went back to college, this time for a degree in Painting. I finally graduated in and was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army Signal Corps. After I commanded a company as a captain in '86 I went into Special Operations, jumped out of perfectly good airplanse, etc. ...Expand for more
My Special Forces Group enter Kuwait City in February 1991 and my guys raided the flag on the US Embassy. Last duty assignment was the US Joint Staff '95-'98 in DC. I retired late 1998 and went into the commercial telecommunications industry where I still remain employed. I was married during my Navy stint and had one beautiful daughter Tiffany (born '76)... was divorced in '78 and was married to Diane with whom I went to college. We have two beautiful daughters (see pics): Keeley ('84) and Kensey ('86). Separated in '05. Still painting and you can go out to groundunderscapes dot com for a portfolio.
