Jay's Story
Life
I live in the Boston area with my wife and two children. I am a research scientist at Harvard Medical School in the Department of Systems Biology.
I try to spend as much spare time as possible with my family, playing guitar, cooking, hiking, and walking my dog.

t to graduate school at U of Mich Ann Arbor to study Natural Resource Policy and Management, moved to Massachusetts and spent 6 years protecting endangered species, left state government and taught myself about the Internet and computing, did some computer consulting, and finally got a job at MIT managing lots of computers and storage systems for molecular biologists. Earlier in 2007 the lab I work for moved from MIT to Harvard Medical School.
Somewhere along the way I got married and had two kids.
