Life
Lloyd "Jay" Foster is currently Deputy Division Chief for Transport Services at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Angency, St. Louis, MO.
Jay was previously was Information System Security Specialist for the Defense Security Service, Central Region working out of St. Louis, Missouri. His area of responsibility included Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, UP of Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, and Oklahoma.
Graduated from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale in 1998. He retired from the United States Air Force in 1998 after 22 years.
