My Job
Depends on the day. Some days it's a physical workout; other days it's a mental workout. Still work for the Department of the Army at TACOM LCMC as the NET team leader for small arms weapons being fielded to the troops.
College
Earned a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Photography from Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, California, in 1981. Great place to live and go to school. Worked with many of the models from the Labelle Agency, and got alot of referrels from them too. Included was a local high school senior named Kathy Ireland. a forward observer with the National Guard, that $100 month I got for going to ROTC classes at UC Santa Barbara, and eventually the ROTC scholarship that covered tuition, books, supplies, etc. I do use the info learned at work today. Even expanded into writing, developing, shooting, and editing for training videos.
Earned a Master of Science from Central Michigan University, through their extended degree program, while living in Hawaii. It was business oriented and I use some of the information at work today.
Had started to work on a PhD in Leadership from Andrews University in Michigan, but stopped when the $$$$$K's ran out and I realized that I really don't need it, just wanted one so I could call myself Doctor J. Why not, I've been called alot of things.
