Jay's Story

Life Dr. Sutay was a 1985 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Fairfield University. After spending one year pursuing a career as a stand-up comedian, Dr. Sutay began his studies at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, CT. Dr. Sutay graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 1990 where he delivered the valedictory address at Commencement. Dr. Sutay performed his residency in Pediatrics at the University of Connecticut Health Center and Hartford Hospital from 1990 through 1993. l and Medical Center, and Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. He holds academic teaching appointments at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, Hartford Hospital, Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, and Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Dr. Sutay serves as a member of the Pediatric Advice Line Medical Advisory Board at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. In May 2000, Dr Sutay was appointed by Governor John Rowland to the State of Connecticut Commission on Children. Dr. Sutay has been in practice in South Windsor since 1993. Dr. Sutay resides in South Windsor with his wife, Kristina, and their two children, Rebecca and Samantha.
