Jc's Story
Life -- Updating this thing once every 10 years. I don't think anyone even looks at this website anymore.
I moved from California to Florida in 2010 then moved to Boston in 2016.
The question was, "Where did 30 go?"
My answer:
Well, the days just fly right by don't they? I can't believe I hit 31 and still nothing slows down. My daughter is almost 6 months old already too. So where has the time gone? The past 18 years has literally felt like 2. Maybe as we get older the lines of time blur because we see the world as it is and not how it was through the eyes of the innocent and uncorrupt. Lord knows I've seen and took part of, the stupid stuff I had never dreamed of back in my yo...Expand for more

From visiting the windmill back in Germany, to leaving back to the states in 89, to going to college in 93, moving away from family in 98, falling in love and breaking 2 hearts in 99, to getting married in 06, and having a kid in 08. It's all been one blur of life recollected through short, broken memories and undated, faded photos. Maybe in the next 29 years, we as adults, will figure out just how, every once in awhile, to slow things down, to enjoy and absorb the events around us.. maybe remind ourselves that just because we've gotten older and the world has become smaller, that the time in between the days is just as important to remember now as the days of when we were kids.
