Je'Niece's Story
Life
I graduated May 2000 from Xavier University of Louisiana with a B.S. in Psychology. In 2002, I received my Master's in Mental Health Counseling. In 2002, I married the love of my life whom I met (and originally hated) at Xavier. I hated New Orleans, which is why I came back home. I now live in Matteson, IL. I was working at an Alcohol and Drug rehabilitation center, but have quickly learned that while I find psychology and the mental mind fascinating, I was not meant to work in that field! my father, just enjoying life. No kids yet, but I do still have my dog. He's a 9 year-old Maltese named Snowball! Right now, I'm not trying to stay focused on any plans. Especially since every plan I've ever made does not come to fruition! But I am happy because June 4-5 of this year, I will be walking in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer! I figured it was time to actually do something instead of just sitting around and talking. So that's all for me. Praise the Lord for all His blessings because I am truly blessed!
