Jean's Story
Life
An important part of my life is my family - I have 2 sons 3 grandchildren now and 3 ex-step-kids (one expecting another little one!). I returned to Ohio in the summer of 2004 to help my mother with my elderly father. It has been wonderful to be home!
Another important part of my life is my pets. I brought mine with me when I came - a small parrot, 3 cats, and a dog. (Since the move, two of the cats have passed away from other causes.) My pets get along very well with my parents' pets and it is fun to watch them at play.

d important area is one's job. Currently, I teach math at the University of Rio Grande in Bidwell, Ohio. The school has grown since I got my undergraduate degree in 1988! The people are easy to work for and with here. There is something about this area that seems to promote friendliness.
Last (for now), but definitely not least, are friends. I left the friends I made in Texas but am finding some here. Some are new and others are ones I had from my previous time here. I am always looking to make friends.
