Jeanette's Story
Life
Hi:
After I left Thomson I went to Ryerson for a year. Then entered the working world. Ended up working in our family grocery business until 1995. I was Secretary-Treasurer of Michael York (Toronto) Limited, we owned and operated a shopping plaza in Campbellford, On. We had 5 francises plus tenants.
In 1973 I married my first husband and we had two children. My son Michael is now 32 and has been married for over one year and my daughter Larissa is 27 ...Expand for more
and lives with her long time companion.
We got divorced in 1983, just short of 10 years. I raised my children on my own in Campbellford.
After moving back to Whitby, I renewed a professional acquaintance and married my current husband in January 2000. Between us we have 7 children and he has 15 grandchildren.
My husband and I are both retired and are living in Oshawa, On. We have a lovely home and a border collie named Hawleigh.
