Life
Well... I'm still living in Hawaii. I've been here 20+ years now, after following my husband around with the Air Force to Las Vegas, Colorado Springs, Germany, then Hawaii. I'm working at the Pacific's largest military hospital (Tripler Army Medical Center) in Federal Civil Service, but no retirement in sight yet. We have 2 daughters, the youngest of whom is married, living in Boise, a mom and has two ...Expand for more
boys. Our oldest daughter is still living at home, but at least she's working! More than I can say for others from her generation here in Hawaii.
So now it is 2011, still no retirement looming-rats! Rick and I are separated with me still (30 years) in Honolulu and he in Washington State. Seems to work better this way. Probably the only other big change is that I finally migrated from PC to MAC. Woohoo!
