Life Hi. After high school I attended Long Beach City College for two years while working three jobs. I continued gymnastics there and taught it also. I was a waitress for several years (weren't we all?), married Scott Robinson and had two children Amanda in 1979, and Aaron in 1981. Scott was in the army and we moved to Tacoma Washington where I lived until 1990 or so. After 7 years of marriage to Scott we divorced amicably. While in Washington I got my LVN/LPN license for nursing then I moved back to Torrance where we lived for two years while I finished my second round of college to get my RN degree. I've been a nurse since 1984 and I love it. We only stayed in Torrance for two years then moved again this time to Trenton Georgia where I live now. I continued my education and have added more initials to my name by becoming a certified professional coder (which has to do with medical coding). After many years of working in hospitals and physician offices etc I went to work for Blue Cross of Tennessee and have been here since 1999. Although I love it here, this I must say is not quite as fulfilling work as patient care, but it is not nearly as stressful and has better pay, hours, and work environment.
