Married, enjoying life in AZ... After graduating HHS, I attended college in Texas, where I ended up teaching jr high and high school for a total of 7 years. Meanwhile, I met and married my husband while we were in graduate school. Then we moved to sunny Tucson, Arizona, where palo verde trees and bougainvillia bloom instead of dogwoods and azaleas, and we make jelly out of cactus fruit instead of strawberries. I home schooled our two kids for a while and then taught a few years at the local middle school. Now the kids are out of the house, attending graduate school at the University of Arizona, but I keep busy taking care of our dog, three tortoises, one turtle, and five chickens. My dear husband is an engineer for a defense contractor and has a zillion hobbies on the side-- everything from photography to woodworking, painting and robotics. He keeps life interesting! School My favorite high school times were spent backstage or in the music room... Derick Milford's rich tenor voice melted me clear to my toes... I don't remember much about the academics, but I couldn't have made it through high school sane without the music classes.
