Life
After high school I took the civil service exam for postal service employment. I have been at the Hubbard Post Office ever since July 1973 except for the 5 years I took off to be a stay at home mom. I received a call to come back and was ready in 1985. I can retire in 3 yrs, 3 months. (2/2011)
(UPDATE... I was offered an early out due to restructuring, etc. and decided to take it! My last day as a public servant was Dec 31, 2008. 30 years, 5 months and 14 days after I started.)

ver since, 33 years. Our first son, Adam arrived in 1980, and #2 son, Cory came in 1983. They are great kids! No daughter-in-laws and no grand children.
We love the outdoors. Camping, fishing, hiking, nature observing are all things we love and try to do as often as we can get away. We spend lots of time in the LaPine area where we have our getaway travel trailer on a lot. We also like to travel and see the USA on a road trip...I wish gas would come down!!! We support our National Parks and are trying to see as many as we can before we die!
