Life
Quick bio about me...after graduation, I served in the Navy, most of it on board an aircraft carrier (USS Independence). The one highlight was I was serving in Iran during the embassy hostage crisis, and was involved with communications during their release in January 1981. After leaving the service in 1982 I attended Ball State, earning a BS degree with a double major (finance and computer science). Since 1986 I have mostly worked in banking and finance throughout the midwest, spending time living in Kokomo (1986 - 1989), Dayton,OH (1989 - 1994), and Bowling Green, KY (1994 - 1995), before moving back to Indianapolis in 1995. 2005. Today, I live near Sarasota, Florida and work with a tax attorney firm there, and I handle retirement consulting for their clients. I am married to the former Lee Miller of Marion, Indiana, and we will celebrate our 20th anniversary in May 2006. We have no children, but two cats who act very much like kids. My father still lives in Muncie, along with my brother Greg (class of 1980) and sister Michelle (class of 1991). My mother passed away in October 2004. I have also become a photographer of sorts, and have won many awards for my work. I also do work with youth groups here in Florida, mostly as a part-time assistant with the local high school baseball team where I live (Manatee High School, Bradenton, Florida).
