Jeff's Story
Since High School:
Graduated from OIT (Devry) in '82
Worked for Hughes Aircraft in southern California on the TOW missle guidance system for the Cobra helicopter.
Moved to Northrop Corp in '84 and worked on the MX ICBM missle guidance system (it isn't rocket science).
Married my first wife in '84.
My daughter, Melissa, was also born in '84 (busy year).
Moved back to Ohio (Nerk) in '86 and worked for Northrop at the Newark Air Force base.
Devorced in '88 and moved to Cincy in '89 to work for GE Aircraft Engines. I was a test engineer for the electronic control modules for the jet engines on the F/A-18 and the Blackhawk/Apache/Cobra helicopters.
On a business trip to Corpus Christi, TX I was picked up in a bar by this long legged red head. So, I married her ('91).
Started working for General Dynamics in '91 as a test engineer for the navigation systems on the B2 Stealth Bomber. They sent me out to California again. I was out there for a few years and had enough so I came back to Ohio again.

I don't know about you, but I never thought I'd be living in Indiana. Turned out to be a pretty nice place.
Around 2000 I got my Microsoft certification, moved back to Ohio (again) and started my own consulting company in 2002. I consulted at BMW Financial Services for 7 years. I'm now a Software Development Manager at a business in Columbus, OH.
I once added up all the moving around I did. At one point I had moved 25 times in a 24 year period. I'm tired, that wore me out.
My youngest daughter graduated from college in 2006 and lives across the river from Cincy. My oldest daughter has 5 children and lives in Newark. My step son lives in Corpus Christi.
Aprell and I will had our 18 th anniversary this (2009) July. We've now settled on the east side of Columbus, OH. Aprell says that is it, "the only way you're leaving here is in a pine box".

My oldest daughter now has 7 children, and swears she's done.
Aprell and I had our 21st anniversary last year.
Aprell passed away in December of 2012
