Hi,
Been a long time since Sisters for me. Now in Seattle and have been here for some 25 years. Just recently sold my house and have moved into a rental up in the north end while speculating on the real estate bubble. Going to put some cash into the stock market and just sit around and twiddle my thumbs for a year or so waiting to see what happens. Any luck at all will mean the ma...Expand for more
rket slows and there will at least be a decent home for sale in a year or so. In the meantime its the rental home for me.
Will be upstairs and my daughter will be down. The home is set up to convert into two units so that should work for us. Have a few extra things, like fridge and stoves so it will be interesting to see where all this goes.
