My journey has taken me down many paths—some planned, some unexpected, but all meaningful. After graduating from high school, I headed to UT Martin, where I spent two years exploring what I wanted for my future. Those early college years helped shape my interests, but I felt called to do something bigger, something that pushed me beyond the classroom. That calling led me to enlist in the United States Marine Corps. I served four years in the Marines, an experience that tested me, strengthened me, and taught me discipline, responsibility, and resilience. The lessons from those years have stayed with me ever since—shaping how I work, how I lead, and how I face challenges. After completing my service, I returned to my education with renewed focus and determination. I attended DeVry for five years, digging deeper into my technical studies and building the foundation that would support my career down the road.
