Jeff's Story
Life
I was called Scott Bowman in high school.
I was in the Air Force for 8 years and spent several years in Germany and several years in Arizona. I was enlisted when I joined the Air Force and then a Captain upon honorable discharge. I was in the Bioenvironmental Engineering (industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental protection) field for the entire time.

d then worked for the State Department. I received a B.S. in Industrial Hygiene from Univ of Maryland, a BA from Columbia College, and a M.S. in Occupational Health & Safety.
I was not happy with my career because it was not what I wanted to do when I grew up. So I finally followed my dream and went to Law School, where I received my J.D. (Juris Doctor) and passed the bar exam on the first try. Thanks to the Lord.
I am not married, but I have three children (27, 26, and 22) and two dogs.
