Jeff's Story
Well. It has been the worst year of my life. In January I was found to have a tumor in my spinal cord, and if it wasn't removed I would die, yet I might not survive the surgery. So I did it, well this left me paralysed from the chest down. I have come a long way since then, but wait it gets worse. I was blessed with beautiful wonderful children. 3 in 2 years, heh. My twins had a 3rd birthday party in Feb, then on March 10 my son, Donovan, died without warning in his sleep. I was in the rehab facility still, my wife...Expand for more
had to find him that way. We still have 4 other kids to live for else I might truly have gone insane by now. I still cant walk and now have skin cancer (all those years lying by a pool). Well, sometimes I wonder if it were better I hadnt had that surgery and lived out whatever time I had left without such pain and agony.
Surely things will get easier, although I realize they truly could get worse. Lets pray they dont.....
