Jeffrey's Story
Life
Went to the High School of Art and Design and followed my intrests in music and art dealing. Ended up in Key West where I met my wife and moved back with her to Michigan. Developed a trade as a wet plasterer and eventually became a residential builder doing high-end remodeling in Grosse Pointe Michigan. Married in 1989 and have two boys born in 1991 and 1997. Worked in construction management as Lead Inspector and Project Engineer for the 1.2 billion dollar new construction and renovation at the General Motors Technical Center in Warren, Michigan. Recently working as an Asst. Project Manager and Construction Project Superintendent for a company in Detroit working on three Elementary Schools. Building a 5th/3rd Bank currently. Workplace
I hired on as Lead Inspector for the 1.2 billion dollar upgrade to the General Motors Tech Center in Warren, MI assisting with 10 Inspectors. Being a construction management company, we provide contractor oversite, on installations for the client. This includes all testing for Quality Assurance involved with concrete, steel, fireproofing, etc.I was recently sent to assist with a presentation in Buffalo, NY and we won the contract with Turner General Contracors, a joint effort, for the 85 million dollar Buffalo Life Science Center. They are now sending me on smaller jobs currently in Ohio raising the roof of a L'Oreal plant.
