Jeffrey's Story
Hello all. I am currently living in Washington, DC. I am a member of the Senior National Intelligence Service serving as the Chief Learning Officer for the U.S. Intelligence Community working for the Director of National Intelligence. I graduated from West Point in 1974 and served through 1998 on active duty in the U.S. Army. After retiring from the Army I worked for the U.S. Government in a number of civilian capacities on the east coast including the U.S. Capitol, the FBI, and the Department of Homeland Security, culminating in my current assignments in the Intelligence Community. as receiving ordination as a Deacon and Priest and later consecration as a Bishop in the Anglican Church both here in the United States and in the cathedral at St. Andrews in Scotland. In addition to my duties for the U.S. Government, I am serving now as the Bishop for the Armed Forces of the Episcopal Missionary Church and am Rector in three Parishes, as the Chairman of the Department of Behavioral Sciences for the University of Valley Forge (Virginia Campus) and teaching one course each semester. I have been married to the former Debi Gower (born in New York and raised in Hawaii among other places) for many years and we have a total of twelve children (ages 23 to 44) and sixteen grandchildren (ages 2 to 18).
