Life
Married to Ed Blackstone (8/1/92).
Reside in Greenwood, MS.
Children: none
Pets: Black Newfoundland (dog)
Since high school I've lived in numerous states including WV, OH, FL, GA, MS and traveled to the four corners of the US and all spots in between as well as Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and a few foreign countries too.

College: Delta State University (graduated with a BS in biology and chemistry in 1990).

Completed Internship and Residency in Family Medicine in 1998 (MCG in Augusta, GA). Loved Augusta.
Practiced Family Medicine in a small town in north Georgia, Blue Ridge, for 1 1/2 years. Hated Northern Georgia.
Moved back to Greenwood, MS in 2000 to practice family medicine for Greenwood Leflore Hospital in a clinic in Carrollton.
2005 left employment with Greenwood Leflore Hospital and entered into private practice as a family physician in Carrollton, MS (best thing that I've done in a while)
