Jennifer's Story
Life
I graduated from UCSD, Revelle College in 1991 with a B.Sc. degree in Physics. My interest was in Astronomy. John and I got married in 1991. In 1992, we moved to Maryland for our first career jobs, helping to support operations of the Hubble Space Telescope. rn in 1998 and then we moved back to San Diego in late 1999 to be near family again (babysitting!). Our second son Alex was born at the end of 2001. Now, I manage a small group operations engineers, supporting an orbiting satellite camera at Mars that takes images of the surface to study the geology of Mars. Now we juggle our time between work, the kids, and everything else.
