I've been away from Intel for 2 years now. Life is so fun and it's so nice having time to myself. As my mom once said "Everyday is Saturday" and boy was she right.
This year my kids are in 10th & 8th grades and they still attend Valley Christian Academy. Chris and I are coaching the junior high girls volleyball team. The girls are excited and love to play and the parents are such a great support not only to their girls but also to us.
I use up most of my free time driving back and forth to the school, volleyball, booster club, and Friday breakfast with some of the other mom's from the school. I also play bunco and do weekly runs to the yogurt shop with the girls you see in the pictures with me. I can't believe yogurt is back "in" again. The last time I had it before now was with Tim Mena when that yogurt shop opened up by Togo's in LG!
My husband works a lot and yet he still manages to take time out for coaching Erin's team and taking me out on trips. We've been married for 16 years now and things are going really well. The kids on the other hand, OMG, talk back, know everything, and if you didn't know, I know nothing! I think the torment I gave to my parents does come back 10 fold. Boy I can't wait till my kids have kids... PAY BACK!
