Jennifer's Story
Life
After grade school at Porter Elem., I went to Paintsville High for 9th grade and then my family moved to Thibodaux, LA, where I graduated from Thibodaux High. I went to Mt. Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA and then moved with my family (again) to Portland, OR. Our next move was to Traverse City, MI where I worked, got my driver's license (at 23!) and met my wonderful husband. My family moved to Durango, CO (and later Roswell, NM) and I stayed behind...Expand for more
(FINALLY!) with my fiancee. We got married in April of '04 and moved to Plymouth, MI, where we now live and work. I've only been back to my past home states once or twice each and some not at all. I'm hoping to get back in touch with some people from my past. I've had a few connections here and there from grade school classmates, but after marrying someone who still sees people he's known since pre-school on a daily basis, I guess I hope to find my roots.
