Jennifer's Story
Life
I was in the U.S. Air Force from 01/98 to 07/01, which I served as an Aeromedical Journeyman. I did my training at Lackland AFB and Brooks AFB, both in Texas. I was stationed at Elmendorf AFB, AK. I met my husband, Lee Unick while stationed in AK. We were married in small ceremony in a chapel on base on April 22nd, 2000. We were relocated to Nellis AFB in March 02. We purchased our first home in December 03. We do not have any children as of yet, well human children that is. We became proud parents of a male pug in on June 24, 2003. he needed to be our dog especially since I found out that he was born 4/22/03. We named him Cuddles. (That's the only name that we could think of.) He is our spoiled baby and actually runs the house. Lee is proudly serving in the U.S. Air Force as a heavy equipment operator. He plans on retiring from the military. So far we have been lucky and he has not yet had to go overseas. Well, till now that it. He is scheduled to leave 06/04 for six months to go to Iraq. It is an honor to have this great guy defend not only his country, but to be defending me, my family and friends.
