Giving and receiiving love is our most basic human need. We cannot survive without it unless we are sociopathic. Most of us aren't! Nothing is more or less important in this life. Love does not come without pain but pain brings awareness which is our greatest teacher (this is my life philosophy) Caring for others always requires sacrifice and discomfort..but the value in giving of oneself is what makes life matter..
As people, we get a bum rap sometimes...if something or someone disrespects you., look adversity in the eye, smile and know who you are....Jim Valvano said it brilliantly "Nothing can touch my spirit"".
