Jennifer's Story
Life
Life is great!!! I have fulfilled many dreams and been through alot of changes. I am currently living in Indiana and busy working. Alot has changed since highschool. I lost my mom a year after I graduated and that really put life into perspective for me. Ever since then it has been my goal to not be afraid to try anything because you only live once and life is short. I have been able to accomplish many of my dreams and goals and that is very fulfilling for me. I was recently married in January and I could not ask for a better husband. I was also blessed with an 11 year old step son who I must say is the most awesome kid I have ever met. I know I may seem bias but he is truely a wonderful boy. He is teaching me alot about parenting as well as friendship and I love it. We can't wait to add to our already wonderful family and I will let you know when that happens!!! :)
School
It is amazing that I have been out of school for eight years! I used to always laugh when people would say that time goes by so fast after you graduate but it is true. Man I miss alot about school but definately not school in and of itself, haha. The friendships I have made and maintained from school is a great. College
Well I did not go to college but I took some other classes instead. Five years ago I went to real estate school and got my real estate license and I love it. I am going back next year to get my broker's license in the hopes of working for myself and without a company someday. I have also have completed a year long Biblical Counseling course. As many of you know I love children and that was my whole reason for taking this course was to be better able to help kids and family with their needs. My goal in the next couple years is to take additional college courses in sociology and physchology just for the knowledge and for future use.
Workplace
I am an office manager for five companies. I manage all books for each company. We currently have a building company, three development companies, and a conservancy district that supplies sewer to each home. My work is very demanding and extremely busy but I love it. I also do real estate on the side. I have been in real estate for five years this past September and that is very fun. Believe it or not I also do bookkeeping for two other companies on the side from my home. I know I don't know when to say no, got it from my mom. I love it and it works well for me.
