Jennifer's Story

Having fun biking around DC with my husband and younger son. Older son just graduated from Cal State. He will persue teaching credentials and masters to be a professor of Eng. Lit. Sounds boring. Younger son is more fun and twisted like me! I am staying occupied while my husband, an Army officer, finishes his assignment at the Pentagon. Boring. What's a girl to do? I got a job in Crystal City, where we live, working for the man. I am the Enterprise FECA Program Manager for Installation Management Command. Sounds fancy but it is one of the few civil service jobs that allows me to endorse tradional medicine, health, and wellness. Oh yeah, I am one of those... I am a NCCAOM diplomat of acupuncture. I have had many photos used for magazines, textbooks, ads (Jeep), brochures (Monterey Aquarium), etc. I am trying to finish composing a TCM text book before the end of the summer that will culminate in a week on Hatteras after I meet up with some reunion mates at Lendy's on the 28th of August. When I return, I will be teaching in the evenings and diving into another academic semester as I work on my Ph.D in counseling. What can I say? People who need to talk enjoy talking to me. I am also a life coach. When I grow up, I hope to own a B & B by the sea that will house my medical practices and art studio. I can't wait to have time and space to paint again!
