Jeri's Story
Hello to the Class of 71. After graduation I went to El Camino for a couple of years. I was offered a part-time job at a nursery school which I took. I was going to college part-time and working part-time. I was then offered a full-time position as a nursery school teacher for the 2 and 3 yr. old's, which I accepted. In my 20's I went to Idaho for a friends wedding and fell in love with it. I went home for 6 weeks preparing to move. I have lived in Idaho ever since. When I was 33 I met and married. ed her at birth. I have been with her since the day she was born. I was married for 24 years, but now I am a happily divorced. I have a son that is 27, a son that is 24, a son that is 21, and a daughter that is almost 12. I moved from southern California to Idaho in 1981 and love it here. I have worked for about 5 years cooking for a fish spawning crew. I then worked in the adoption business for around 5 years. I am now a stay at home mom. My children are my world, I was 34 before I had my first child and almost 50 when we got our daughter. I love living in a small town and living a quiet life without all the craziness of a city.
