Jerry's Story
Life
I have been a Band Director in The A.G. District since 1972. I am married to Marice Jarzynka of Masontown a 1970 A.G. Graduate. We have two great kids Garret a Cal U of Pa gRAD and Jenna a graduate of West Virginia Wesyelan College this Fall.We are all involved in Scouting Garret is an Eagle SCout and Jenna Is active in The Venturing Crew. .I retired June 3 2006 From Teaching and spend my time teaching Climbing and Rappelling as well as Guiding on the Yough Whitewater.

ay in two concert bands one in Uniontown and one in Carmichaels, usually play for two or three musicals each year so my music ed degree is still being used.
The past three years I had the pleasure of serving on the planning and design committee for the Climbing area at the Summit Bechtel Reserve National Scout Reservation in WV. Then serving as a program manager at the 2013 National scout jamboree..
I served as the Vice President for the WVU Alumni Band for 8 years.
