Jerry's Story
Wow where do I start.... Lets see after high school I worked a few different jobs around north Arkansas for a couple of years then packed up and moved to Southeast Texas to take a job with the Xerox Corporation. I'm married to my lovely wife of over 14 years now, we have four great daughters, hers and ours, but they all refer to me as their Dad! The kids have been a great influence in my life and in many of my life choices. I am currently working for a large aerospace company, managing their data centers in the south supporting manned space flight, space station operations, and rotorcraft. have finally found my spot.
In the fall of 2003 I discovered that I had some free time in my life, so I contacted the Pasadena Fire Department to see if I could lend some of that time to them.... A couple of months later... full fledged firefighter! Since them I am proud to have served in many different arenas within the department, Black-Hat Fireman, Lieutenant, Training Officer, and now holding the rank of Captain in the country's largest single municipality volunteer fire department.
When I'm not nerding out in the data center or making runs on the big red truck I enjoy spending time with family & friends and organizing motorcycle rides with friend around South Texas.
