Jerry's Story
After high school I joined the Army for three years. When I returned home, I moved to SF for 6 months. That's were I met my partner, Marvin. We moved to LA in Apr. 1968, where I worked for the State of California, Department of Corporations. Through many promotions and transfers to different units over my 33 years of state service, I eventually was assigned the task of putting together the Consumer Complaint Unit for the Health Care Service Plan Division. I managed that division for almost 20 years. I had a staff of 23. Due to my health, fibromyalgia and demylinating neuropathy, I had to retire in 1999. Since then I have thoroughly enjoyed being unemployed.

We bought our house in 1972. It's in the West San Fernando Valley about 22 miles northwest of LA.
We have travelled all over Europe. Each year we would select 2 countries to visit and spend 3 weeks in those countries. Evenutally, we had to stop travelling due to my neuropathy. I am unable to sit for any extended period of time.
Well, that's it in a nutshell. I've had a very happy, blessed and wonderful life.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Gary Seibert, because he was a good friend..
If I won $100 million, I'd give half of it to animal charities, then spend the rest on helping the sick and poor, family and friends and myself.
