Life
Still here, still married to Joy (Hebert), 43 years now. I really don't know how she has put up with me this long. Two children, five grandsons, one great grandson and finally three great grand daughters.
We were enjoying the empty nest lifestyle but now have a grandson living with us while he attends college. Quite a change after not having a teenager around for over 16 years. dies used to ask me "How things are, instead of how things were".
I am in HealthCare sales, Joy is a florist. Sailing, fishing, an occaisional round of golf takes up my spare time these days, while I try to shorten the time till retirement. Joy reads, plays mother to the grandson and has become the "computer surfer" of the family.
So many things to do and experience, so little time left. I have finally learned that "simplicity" is the key, along with "EVERYTHING" in moderation. Simply amazing how long it took to figure it out.
