Jessica's Story
Life
Pittsburg, Kansas, was my home from age 1 to 5th grade. At that point, my family moved to Moberly, Missouri. We were only there for a year before moving to Kenosha, Wisconsin, which was home only for 6 months. After that, my family returned to the same house in Pittsburg, where I attended middle school, high school, and college.

bruary of 1999, and had our first son, Dylan, in March of 1999. Our second son, Evan, was born in April of 2004.
I completed a bachelor's degree in Physics at Pittsburg State University and am now at the University of Florida. I finished my M.S. in August 2005 and am getting ready to start working on my Ph.D. part-time in Medical Physics through the department of Nuclear and Radiological Engineering. I have been employed as a full-time medical physicist at UF since October 2004.
