Jill's Story
Life
Let's see, I left Cobourg about 5 minutes after graduation and headed for Texas. That was some fairly serious fun. Got married and proceeded to Gypsy around the US for a bit. Landed in Portland, OR in 1991 or so and have remained there...so far. After all these years the rain is finally getting to me. I try to take two or three Mexican vacations each year to pull me out of the rainy day blues and it seems to be working pretty good. ndbabies that are a treat. Much more fun than the actual children : )
That pretty much brings me to current day.
Workplace
I did a bunch of temp work out of high school while going to college. Community College, that was a joke, it shouldn't even be called school.
Anyhow, ended up working in a bank adding timecards and updating personnel files and many, many years later I am the HR Manager for a fortune 500 company in the Financial Services industry. Not bad eh? It provides me the freedom to take sunny vacations as needed, so I'm enjoying it.
