Jim's Story

After SOC, I moved to Duncanville and actually graduated in '69 from Duncanville HS. I then went to UTA where I graduated in 1972 after marrying Miss Arlington to whom I have been married for 37 years. Immediatley after graduating from college, I worked for the government in intelligence for a while and then started several businesses in Arlington. I went back to school to work on my MBA and MPA and then retired in 1992 for a while. After I got really bored I went back to work and bought some companies and later went to law school and I now practice law in Arlington and my children ...Expand for more
run my other businesses. I travel a lot and have 4 kids and 3 grandkids. My wife has recently come down with an incurable cancer so we returned in March 08 from Maryland where she had a massive surgery. I am still pretty active at my businesses but spend most of my time working in my law office and I am active in several community endeavors. Life has been pretty good and I would love to hear from my hign school friends. In August of 2009, my wife passed away from Cancer so I am now a widower. It is kind of tough so I welcome any old friends who might want to contact me. Jim Bearden
