Jim's Story
I have been a Realtor in Anderson, Indiana for years and years and years (I came here to go to college, married a local gal and am still here).
I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker and part owner of RE/MAX Real Estate Groups (offices in Anderson, Muncie and Indianapolis, IN). Additionally, I teach Indiana pre-license real estate courses and Professionaal Standards Training for the Indiana Association of Realtors. My partners and I were the RE/MAX Broker/Owners of the year in 2007 for the state of Indiana.
My wife, Marsha (Friermood), is an elementary school teacher. We have two grown children (Kirsten and Tyler) and one grandson, Bryan (13). Kirs...Expand for more
ten and Bryan live here in Anderson, and Tyler lives in New York City.
I have been active as a soloist, church musician and minister of music, and have sung back-up vocals on about 150 albums (mostly private label stuff, but also for Bill Gaither, Sandi Patty, The Johnny Mann Singers, Larnelle Harris, First Call, Day of Discovery, the Billy Graham organization, music publishers, commercial jingles, etc.).
Other interests include American History and politics, classic mystery novels, bass and muskie fishing, traveling and spending weekends at our lake cottage in Northern Indiana.
We have the best dog in the world, a Golden Retriever named Holly.
