Jim's Story
Hey there classmates. I've stayed in the Detroit area, have lived in Novi since 1991. Got my BS in Computer Science from U of M-Dearborn in 82, worked for GM/EDS for almost 20 years. Got laid off in 2002, then eventually started working for myself. I develop medical billing software that is used specifically for oncology. Hope to keep doing that for some time. I work from home (no more commute!) for the most part. Been playing in rock bands on and off for several years...Expand for more
in my spare time - I play lead guitar and do some singing. I've done a lot of songwriting in recent years (just for fun). Love to golf. Played lots of basketball for several years with work friends, 'retired' from that a while back. Still see many old SMR people on a regular basis. Still single, still looking (again). The hair is a bit shorter and thinner these days. Had fun at the 5, 10 and 20 year reunions, looking forward to the 30th. Has it really been that long??!!
